What are the benefits from staying in a resort as opposed to a hotel?Space, comfort, home away from home, amenities, service, restaurants possibly, activities etc.
How are cancellations and refunds handled?Even the best planned out vacations can be affected by the unexpected illness or emergency! We are pleased to offer our guests the benefits of CSA Travel Insurance, which can help when an unexpected emergency comes along and give you the comfort of knowing we are here to help you. All reservations are nonrefundable and non-cancelable if you choose to not purchase trave insurance. If you have any questions as to what CSA Travel insurance does cover please contact your Travel Consultant before securing your accommodations.
Where do I check-in at?All properties will offer you the comfort of an onsite registration desk to assist you in the check in process. You will need to bring your confirmation letter, a pictured ID and credit card to place on file for any incidentals. The front desk staff will assist you in registering for your keys, directions to your condo and any additional assistance you may need. If you are going to have a late check in we always encourage all guests to contact the resort so they are aware, especially if you are going to be more than 24hrs late to avoid any possibility of your reservation being cancelled.
Is a deposit/credit card required at check in?Yes. A credit card or a cash deposit will be required to check in for any incidentals and/or for any damage done to the condo. Some resorts may require an actual charge to verify this is a valid credit card and will immediately release any holds when the guest has check out and settled any incidentals charged by the guest. If you have any questions as to whether your particular property will require a security deposit please contact your Travel Consultant before securing your accommodations.
Are towels and linens provided?Yes. All linens and towels will be provided to in all of our vacation rentals. Please be aware the condo will only provide linens for the maximum occupancy for each condo. One bath towel is provided for each guest and sheets/blankets for each bed including the sleeper sofa will be provided. On some cases properties will provide additional if requested but not guaranteed.
Do you allow pets?No. All of our vacation properties have a very strict no pet policy to ensure the quality for every vacationer. If you are found with a pet on property you may be asked to leave the property with no refund. Also you may be charged for any damage or for the detailed cleaning of the condo. If you have certain circumstances please contact us with any questions and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
What incidentals or telephone charges apply?Incidentals and Telephone charges will vary by resort. Most hotels and resorts do charge for local and long distance calls. Most resort will offer an activities program you will see some planned activities will be at an additional charge. If you have any questions if you particular resort please contact before securing your accommodations.
What types of deposit and/or payment options are available?GoodBuy Vacations does accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We do require a 50% deposit to make the reservation and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
How can I find out about planned activities?Many of our vacation properties do offer an activities desk for the convenience of our guests. Activities schedules are usually given to all guests at check in as the planned activities do change by the week. If you have any specific dates or activities you would like to check on we do suggest contacting your Travel Consultant.
Is free parking provided and for how many vehicles? Most of our vacation proeprties will accommodate up to one parking place per condo for free, some will have a per day parking fee. Please contact your Travel Consultant for specific details for your particular property.
Are laundry facilities provided?Most of our vacation properties will offer for our guest’s convenience a washer/dryer in the condo. Some properties will not have this amenity in the condo but will offer a coin operated facilities on site. If you have any questions about whether your specific resort does offer a washer/dryer in your condo contact your Travel Consultant.
How do I make requests and how do they work?We can make a request for a certain view or floor with the resorts front desk at the time of confirming the reservation. All requests are not guaranteed and we do suggest that we give the resort as much time as possible to accommodate any special requests. If you need to make a request please notify your Travel Consultant when making the reservation.
Are we allowed to bring more travelers than the occupancy rate indicates?No. All accommodations do have to abide by fire Marshall Codes and regulations. If you are found to have more guests than the condo can occupy the resort management may ask you to leave and forfeit all monies paid.
Do vacation rentals come with housekeeping?Each of our vacation properties are professionally cleaned before all guest do arrive. Most properties will only offer a mid-week cleaning for an additional fee which will need to be arranged in advance with the resort. If you have any additional questions please contact your travel consultant before confirming your accommodations.
Is the internet access in the unit or on the property?Most vacation properties will offer Internet access. Some will provide this service complimentary and other do for a nominal fee. Please contact your Travel Consultant for specifics for your property.
What time is check-in and check-out?All of our vacation properties do offer a check in time of 4pm and check out of 10am
