Q. Are all travel dates available?
A. Your multi-destination travel package has no blackout dates, however some travel periods are more requested than others and dates do sell out from time to time. As with any travel you may reserve, it is wise to request as far in advance as possible when requesting travel dates, particularly at peak or holiday periods. All reservations are subject to availability.
Q. Are all destinations available?
A. Some destinations are seasonal in nature and busier at certain times of the year. With few exceptions, we have customers traveling to all destinations at all times of the year. We are continually arranging for new destinations that may become available for your use. Please check this website for periodicl updates.
Q. May I travel to all destinations concurrently?
A. Yes, your destinations can be visited all on the same trip, or you may choose to travel on up to three separate vacations.
Q. How do I make my reservations?
A. In order ensure the best service possible, you must make your reservation requests either by phone, by mail, or by fax using the request cards enclosed in you package purchase mailing.
Q. When are my travel dates confirmed?
A. After you make a request for travel dates you will receive your confirmation by email or regular mail, (up to 10 days), by the Resort Sponsor or Good Buy Vacations. Your dates will be confirmed and you will receive directions, etc. Good Buy Vacations will be notified if a Resort Sponsor cannot accommodate a request and we will endeavor to offer other dates or destinations. Remember, the Resort Sponsors vary by destination and are knowledgeable only about their particular location and hotels.
Q. Can I reschedule or cancel a confirmed vacation?
A. Once your reservation is confirmed, any date cancellation or rescheduling must be made with Good Buy Vacations at 1-800-710-2091. You may reschedule your trip without penalty, as long as you notify the Good Buy Vacations 14 days in advance of arrival. At Good Buy Vacations, we endeavor to deliver quality vacation experiences while providing some of the best values available in the industry. We offer a 100% money back guarantee for 7 calendar days after your package is purchased. (In order to request cancellation of package, simply respond to your initial booking confirmation email) Cancellation requests past the 7-day grace period but not within 7 days of arrival will result in the cost of one room night (retail rate). Q. What hotel accommodations will we be staying at?
A. Your travel dates, destination selection, and other factors will determine the hotel that you will stay at. Good Buy Vacations uses multiple Resort Sponsors and hotels in various destinations. Typically, the accommodations are standard hotel rooms.
Q. Why is the total package price so low?
A. Good Buy Vacations has advance arrangements with major vacation ownership resorts. Through volume discounts with hotels and other vacation properties, the Resort Sponsor is able to offer a price that is not available to the general public. Since you will be attending the 90-120 minute resort preview tour, the sponsor realizes that you or an acquaintance may be interested in their ownership offerings.
Q. Is the preview tour a "high-pressure sales pitch"?
A. We have carefully chosen the Resort Sponsors based on their outstanding reputation for customer service and integrity. You are under no obligation to buy or join anything. Your decision, regardless of choice is expressly honored and respected. The tour agents are there to help you have a great time and enjoy your resort tour. Q. When does my multi-destination package expire?
A. You have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete your travel package. Any unused portion will expire and no refunds or extensions can be granted.
Q. Can I refer friends who might be interested in this package?
A. Of course! Many of our customers have recommended this package to friends and other families; however, in order to qualify for this promotion, it is not permissible for groups, (More than one immediate family, couple, or household) to travel together. Other families or friends you refer must qualify for the package on their own and travel different dates/ destinations.
Q. Is my package transferable?
A. The users of this package must be the same as the purchasers and meet all of the Details of Participation.
Q. Can a destination become unavailable or new ones added?
A. The website is updated frequently for up to the minute additions to your destination choices. Good Buy Vacations cannot to be held responsible should a destination become unavailable due to an act of God or any other circumstance outside our control. Good Buy Vacations will offer alternative destination in the event such a circumstance occurs.
