About This Travel Promotion
This promotion was designed for creditworthy and gainfully employed couples of legal age and meeting the following criteria:
- US resident speaking fluent English with a minimum combined annual household income of $50,000(US). (Note: Some resorts may have higher minimum limits)
- Married or cohabiting couples may combine their income to meet this requirement and all participants must complete a resort preview tour with the Resort Sponsor in all vacation destinations, lasting approximately 90 minutes in duration.
- Any additional gift offered by Resort Sponsor other than accommodations, is awarded after your preview tour.
- No participants are under any obligation to purchase or join anything.
- Group travel, (more than one family or household) is ineligible for this promotion and considered, as not meeting required qualifications.
- You will be required to present 2 forms of valid identification including a major credit card, (debit cards not accepted) and driver’s license with matching addresses demonstrating cohabitation.
About Your Travel Plans and Resort Tour
Your accommodation reservations will be confirmed by Good Buy Vacations. The Resort Sponsor of the chosen destination may confirm your resort preview tour time and place in advance or upon arrival. These vacations are guaranteed by credit card. Please note that your credit card has already been processed for the cost of these vacation packages. Purchaser maybe responsible for hotel taxes and incidentals. You must provide a minimum 14-day notice when scheduling your travel dates; and all reservations are subject to availability. No more than 4 total guests may travel on this package. All travel must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date of this package. Sorry, there are no facilities for children age 2 and under during the resort preview tour. Children age 3 and older may accompany adults to the presentation; however some Resort Sponsors may require children age 3 to 8 to check into a playroom facility. Your failure to attend the preview tour and meet the required qualifications will result in your credit card being charged for the full retail rate of accommodations associated with the use of this package by the Resort Sponsor or Good Buy Vacations. You also acknowledge that the details of participation were explained to you when the package was purchased, and you have previously authorized the Good Buy Vacations to charge your credit card for the total cost of this vacation package. Good Buy Vacations and the Sponsoring Resort(s) are separate and unaffiliated entities. Good Buy Vacations is not responsible should a destination become unavailable due to an act of God or any other circumstance outside of our control. Good Buy Vacations will offer an alternative destination in the event such a circumstance occurs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your reservation is confirmed, any date rescheduling must be made with Good Buy Vacations at 1-800-710-2091. Vacation packages are non-refundable. You may reschedule your trip without penalty, as long as you notify the Good Buy Vacations 48 hours in advance of arrival. There are absolutely no cancellations and no refunds for reservations made within 48 hours of the arrival date.
